In 1978 Dr. Bühlbecker, a member of the Lambertz family, took up the company, which in 30 years transformed from a small local bakery into the largest producer of biscuits in Germany. Lambertz soon became the main supplier of dessert to the royal court.
Lambertz is best known for its innovativeness and adaptability to trends. The company has a wide range of chocolate products, biscuits, vafel products and marzipans. They also have a wide selection of seasonal products, which account for about half of total production. The company today employs 3,500 people in 7 factories.
Today their products are present all over the world.
