Lambertz is one of the world's top 5 biggest biscuit makers with over $ 600 million in revenue. The company was founded more than 320 years ago in 1688 as a small bakery in the city of Aachen.

In 1978 Dr. Bühlbecker, a member of the Lambertz family, took up the company, which in 30 years transformed from a small local bakery into the largest producer of biscuits in Germany. Lambertz soon became the main supplier of dessert to the royal court.
